In addition to the site Flora Alps, this site is dedicated to the wild orchids of the Hautes-Alpes. It aims to centralize the numerous observations made in our department who is one of the richest in France for this type of plant.

Initiated in early 2009, it currently contains a number of comments made by site administrators.

It should be noted that a large part of the information contained on the website have been centralized by Edward Chas during the drafting of the Atlas of the flora of the Haute-Alpes, 1994. It should welcome this daunting task, full of over 7000 field observations and many hours of local bibliographies.
